1 large cauliflower, sliced lengthwise into 1 inch steaks
Wildly Virgin Olive Oil
- Sweet paprika
- Smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Brush both sides of the cauliflower slices with olive oil mixed with sweet paprika, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Grill for a few minutes on each side until golden and tender.
Spoon a generous layer of hummus onto each plate, top with grilled cauliflower steaks, and finish with a spoonful of chimichurri. Drizzle with a bit more Wildly Virgin olive oil before serving.
