Parizad (Pari) Motiwala is a trained Sommelier, Experience Designer, and Strategic Advisor who has spent her career shaping how people connect with food, flavor, and health.
At Wildly Virgin, Pari serves as Chief Sommelier & Head of Experience Design, where she brings together her sensory training and strategic background to craft immersive tastings, educational journeys, and brand experiences that honor the people, places, and practices behind our exceptional extra virgin olive oil. Her work is guided by a belief that taste is both deeply personal and powerfully connective, and that great EVOO deserves to be experienced with curiosity, context, and joy.
Formally trained in both wine and olive oil, Pari is a Certified Olive Oil Sommelier through ESAO Olive Oil School of Spain. Her wine training includes the WSET Level 3 Advanced certification, a Certified Level II Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers, and a Certified Specialist of Wine. She also has a Masters in Food Design & Innovation from SPD in Milan, Italy grounding her sensory expertise in human centered design. Before focusing fully on sensory gastronomy, Pari led innovation and strategy at top global agencies, partnering with Fortune 100 companies and emerging brands alike to solve complex business challenges through design thinking, insight, and creativity.
