GOLD MEDAL WINNER - 2026 New York International Olive Oil Competition

Our boldest oil. Forte is made from Coreana, an especially rare varietal, grown in rocky Alentejo soils under intense southern sun. The exceptionally high polyphenol count isn't just a number; you'll feel it in the peppery finish that builds and lingers.

Forte comes from Virgulino Neves, who's spent 18 years farming land everyone said was too rocky for olives. His trees tap hidden aquifers beneath the stone, and he presses within hours of harvest at his on-site mill.

Harvested October 2025. Polyphenol count: 485 mg/kg. Acidity: 0.12%.

Wildly Virgin olive oils are made from a single producer, a single grove, and a single harvest.
