Welcome to Our First Harvest

Introducing our inaugural batch Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the wild lands of Portugal. With only 2,600 bottles crafted, this limited release is your gateway to the rustic beauty of the Alentejo region. Harvested early from Arbosana olives on a small, family-run farm, this unfiltered olive oil captures the essence of the land, blending the natural sweetness of the olives with the rich, complex notes that come from an early harvest.

Why You’ll Love It

Pure and Simple: This is single-origin at its finest—each bottle comes from one farm, one producer, and one varietal.

Early Unfiltered Goodness: By harvesting the olives at the very start of the season and keeping the oil unfiltered, we've preserved its full flavor profile. With a remarkably low acidity of just 0.20%, you can taste the freshness in every drop.

A Culinary Adventure: João's Arbosana olive oil shines with aromas of green tomato, fresh cut grass and almonds. It's perfect for everything from drizzling over fresh salads to dipping your favorite bread.
