An Olive Oil for People Who Don’t Mess Around in the Kitchen
You love olive oil. You cook a lot, and you need a bottle that keeps up with you. That’s why we made this: a big 750ml bottle of premium extra virgin olive oil that’s smooth, buttery, and perfect for everyday cooking—without feeling too precious to actually use.
Crafted from late-harvest Arbequina olives in Portugal’s coastal Ribatejo region, this extra virgin olive oil is smooth, buttery, and perfectly balanced for everyday cooking. By harvesting in November, producer João Mendes creates a milder, rounder flavor ideal for sautéing, roasting, dipping, and drizzling.
No gimmicks. No gold flakes. Just really, really good olive oil made by someone who has devoted his life to this liquid gold.

João Mendes
João's family has been producing olive oil for four generations. With a dedication to sustainable farming he recently won an award from the Department of Agriculture as the first producer in Portugal to be 100% sustainable. Born and bred in the Ribatejo area he helps many local farms produce olive oil.

Ribatejo, Portugal
Stretching along the banks of the Tagus River, Ribatejo is a lush mosaic of fertile floodplains, vineyards, and olive orchards. The region’s mild climate and river-fed soils give life to vibrant, intensely flavorful olive oils, each capturing the spirit of Ribatejo’s agricultural heritage, shaped by centuries of careful cultivation and the rhythm of the river itself.
