Joaquim’s Reserve is made from ancient olive trees and one of Portugal’s rarest native varietals, Cobrançosa. Grown high in the Trás-os-Montes mountains and harvested by hand, it yields an oil that is aromatic, herbaceous, and deeply expressive.

In 2025, it was awarded a Gold Medal at the NYIOOC, the world’s most prestigious competition for extra virgin olive oil.

Made entirely from organically grown olives, this ultra-limited release — only 500 bottles produced — delivers savory depth, nutty richness, and layered complexity. Each bottle comes in repurposable, hand-crafted cork packaging made in Portugal and designed to be kept long after the oil is gone.

Savor it simply with crusty bread or gift it to someone who appreciates the finer things.

Wildly Virgin olive oils are made from a single producer, a single grove, and a single harvest. Nothing blended, nothing to hide. Extra virgin olive oil at its purest.
