With ultra-high polyphenol levels of 611 mg/kg, this is the most complex oil we have ever bottled.

Each bottle comes in a repurposable, hand-crafted cork packaging made in Portugal and designed to be kept long after the oil is gone.

Producer

Joaquim Moreira didn’t grow up in olive oil — he started in Porto’s fashion world before returning to the land he loved as a child. In the mountains of Trás-os-Montes, he now farms organically and harvests by hand, believing the best oil comes from letting nature lead. Every part of his process reflects his eye for detail and sense of style — a producer whose oils mirror both the rugged terrain and his quiet precision.
