Our journey through Portugal led us to the extra virgin olive oils cherished by locals and rarely exported. Our first olive oil is limited to 2,600 bottles and comes from the Alentejo region of Portugal.

Unlike Spain and Italy, Portugal has preserved a wealth of small, family groves that prize quality and craft over volume and profits. To preserve each oil's unique character, we bottle in small batches and never blend from different producers.
